Report on the English Activity Week
Last week, we went to Wagrain in Salzburg for our English in Action school trip. It was pretty nice, and we really enjoyed it.
On the first day, we arrived at Wagrain and got off the bus and after that we had lunch. The food was really delicious throughout the whole week. When we had finished eating, the teacher made an announcement and divided us into four groups, A1, A2, B1 and B2. From then on, we did all of our activities in our groups.
Our daily routine was different every day. Our group (A1), for example, had the three English lessons most of the time in the morning and after we had finished English class, we had a break in which we could do anything we wanted, like trampoline jumping, playing table tennis, or playing board games. The English lessons were informative and interesting, and the native speakers from the UK were really committed.
However, sports and the other activities were even better. We did different kinds of sports, such as Kinball and “stacking beer crates”. On Thursday, we went to a thermal bath and that was my personal highlight. There were some crazy water slides, a wave pool, and other cool stuff, and even the teachers, who went with us, were brave enough to go down the slides, which I had not expected.
All in all, it was a successful and funny school trip, and the teachers were very well-behaved ;-).
